"We have been customers of Pak Oriental Rug, Inc. for over 15 years.  We have always felt comfortable negotiating and buying  rugs from them!  They were always very willing to work with us on our budget and were always happy to come out to our home to bring rugs for us to look at, try, and to help us with decorating advice.  We have always felt we got a very fair deal -- something difficult in the persian rug world (in our experience).  We have recommended Pak to many of our friends over the years and would never hesitate to go back if we needed another rug!  We've loved every rug we ever bought from them (many rugs as we rebuilt our home after the Oakland fire)."
