"I bought a rug from Ahmed a few months ago and the experience was excellent. I called ahead and told him what size and color I was looking for. I could come to the store after hours so Ahmed and his staff waited for me. They had pre-selected the size and colors for me. Ahmed explained to me about the different rugs like regions, knots, dyes, and patterns. He is very knowledgeable and patient, and his family has been running the business for over 20-years.  I narrowed down three rugs and Ahmed sent his staff over to help me try out the rugs. They placed them, moved furniture around, and very generally very helpful. It is very important that Ahmed lets to see a few rugs in your home. The rug I liked best in the store looked very different in the house. I chose a different rug and needless to say I am very happy with it.  I have been very happy with the purchase and have received several complements on the rug. It is very high quality and I will enjoy it for a very long time. I would recommend  Pak Oriental Rugs to my friends for the great quality, wide selection, and reasonable prices."
