"I had a fine experience purchasing a beautiful rug from Mr Butt at Pak Oriental Rug.  He helped search through many heavy stacked rugs to display the size and shape I needed.  The store's inventory is huge.  He quoted a price, and then calculated a reduction to make the purchase a little easier.  Mr Butt also put aside my number 2 choice in case I got home and wished to make an exchange after seeing the new rug in place.  I have been delighted with the rug that I purchased, a work of art that I expect will last many years."
