"This is, in my experience, indeed a "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" review.  Anjum and his staff were warm and friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like their main priority was my happiness and satisfaction.  It was like doing business with old friends.  And not only did they give me a great price on a couple of small rugs I wanted for my bathroom and foyer, they worked magic in repairing an antique rug that I thought was beyond repair but one that I wanted to keep for sentimental reasons, and did a wonderful job in cleaning and repairing my two 25-year-old rugs.  My entire experience with Pak Oriental Carpets was first-rate, and I can't speak highly enough about everyone there.  Thanks, Anjum and staff,  for a most memorable and rewarding experience."
